We suggest the technical training to every mountain biker that wants to learn more about this sport and ride safely on any kind of terrain.

We meet at 9.30 am at the office of the Ski & Snowboard School San Candido and check / rent all the bikes. Afterwards we move to the training area where we start with easy exercises and constantly increase the level of difficulty.
After a short lunch break (30-45 min) we go for a ride in the surrounding areas.

Equipment: obligation of helmet, appropriate footwear, water, snacks, money, passport (also children), rainproof jacket, sunglasses
