Meeting point: Via Sesto 6A / San Candido

The lake Lago di Braies is part of the UNESCO World Heritage and known as the „Pearl of the Dolomite Lakes“.

We meet at 9.30 am at the office of the Ski & Snowboard School San Candido and check / rent all the bikes. 

We start on the Val Pusteria cycle path and go to the small village „Ferrara“ (Val di Braies). We continue on the forest path nr. 1 until we reach San Vito. From San Vito we have to go for 2 km on the main road until we reach the beautiful lake Braies.

We stop at the lake and take some unforgettable pictures. We go back on the path nr. 1 and stop at the restaurant „Tuscherhof“ where we have lunch. After lunch we go back to San Candido.

Equipment: obligation of helmet, appropriate footwear, water, snacks, money, passport, rainproof jacket, hoodie, sunglasses
